JOB LISTINGS
Enjoy Learning Center Tutoring expanded its business operations by God's grace. We have been blessed with over 20 consecutive years of serving the Montgomery, Alabama and surrounding counties. In 2019, we expanded services to provide tutoring to students living in Georgia and North Carolina in addition to our state headquarters of Alabama through a simple remote tutorial program.
We’re seeking more team members to make an even greater positive impact on the lives of students through 1 ON 1 tutoring. Our work environment is productive, and low-stress. Compared to the competitors' 4 students to 1 teacher high-stress business model, ELC Tutoring's 1 tutor to 1 student format reduces tutor paperwork, reduces student frustration from having to wait for a tutor, and increases student learning rates. In fact, our performance is so effective that over 60% of all new customers are referrals from other satisfied customers.
The reason ELC tutoring is so successful with student achievement is because we recruit and retain the best tutors, and we deliver consistent, high-quality, affordable, 1 ON 1 "tutoring that works for working families." TM
